    A former commander of Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, was indicted this week for allegedly interfering with an investigation into the death of a civilian at his command.
    Christopher Tur, a civilian Navy Exchange employee on the island, had publicly accused Navy Capt. John Nettleton of having an affair with the Tur's wife.
    The two allegedly tangled in a physical altercation, after which Tur went missing.
