• EasyJet returns to operating leisure flights from the UK

    EasyJet has launched holiday and leisure flights from the UK to European destinations once again. The airline has decided to 186 flights to ‘green list' countries throughout the month of May with the first taking off from London Luton to Faro. This is shortly followed by a flight from Gatwick to Faro, followed by more flights to Faro and a Gibraltar flight. The airline currently operates more seats to European green list destinations than any other UK operator with more than 1.6 million seats now available to these destinations.

    British Airways restart operations for first green list destinations

    British Airways' BA492 flight from Heathrow to Gibraltar recently took off as the airline's first flight to a ‘green list' destination. The flag-carrier is operating a number of flights throughout the day to other destinations on the ‘green list' including a flight to Lisbon, three flights to Faro and one flight to Funchal in Madeira. The airline has, however, suspended flights to Tel Aviv.
