• Storm Callum: Flight, train and ferry services disrupt in UK and Ireland

    The UK Met Office has issued warnings across Scotland, Wales, southern, western and northern England ahead of the potentially killer storm.
    The Met Office Meteorologist Aidan McGivern said that on Friday Storm Callum hits bringing across northern and western Britain strong winds for many areas and a prolonged spell of wet weather throughout Friday and Saturday. South Wales in particular is a cause for concern. The flights have been disrupted in England, Wales and Northern Ireland, with numerous cancellations in place.
