• British Airways: Rise in independent Indian female travellers

    As per a Global Solo Travel Study from British Airways 47% Indian women prefer solo travel. Across UK, US, France, India, Germany, Italy, Brazil and China it was found that more than 50 percent took holidays by themselves and 75 percent of women were planning a solo trip in the next few years. It was revealed that 47 percent of Indian women stated that they travelled alone for a minimum of 2-5 times and around 30 percent of Indian travellers intend to travel in the next 2-3 months.
