    After being in possession for 28 long years with the current owner, the well-known site in Gwynedd, King Arthur's Labyrinth, is being sold off.
    The Gwynedd tourism attraction has gone on the market with the owner wanting to retire after nearly 30 years.
    Kings Arthur's Labyrinth, near Machynlleth, has been run by Ian Rutherford since 1993 - alongside Corris Mine Explorers and craft centre.
    He is now ready to step down and has put the complex near Machynlleth up for sale for £700,000 with Avison Young.
