    In 2020, the number of foreign tourists received by the EU dropped by almost 70 percent due to COVID, a recent report has been published by the European Tourism Commission shows.
    The aforementioned statistics is the worst in decades. According to the report, the figure will only “slowly pick up” in 2021 and tourism is not hoped to get well to levels of pre-COVID period until 2023 or 2024.
