    After being disqualified from the bidding process for the West Coast main line over a row about pension liabilities Virgin Trains is winding down in the U.K.
    However, the U.S. counterpart will start work this week on the next stage of East Coast main line through Florida.
    Om a new 168-mile line Virgin Trains USA has started work at Orlando airport that will cost £4bn. It will start from east along the Highway 528 towards the Atlantic shore.
